Preventative Maintenance
With years of field experience, Cold Force Refrigeration Pty Ltd technicians have extensive industrial refrigeration maintenance expertise. We develop a custom preventative maintenance program for each of our clients’ plants. This ensures that equipment is operating at peak performance and all safety and compliance aspects of the plant equipment are up to date. We carry an extensive array of spare parts to back up our maintenance service. Diligent recording of maintenance activities provides an excellent service history of assets, all of which is electronically recorded.

Compressor Overhaul
We overhaul all brands of screw and reciprocating compressors. All compressors are overhauled to manufacturers specifications, with all parts OEM sourced. We review all operating parameters and recommend oil analysis for all compressors. The key to long compressor life is correct lubrication oil, correct oil filtration and operating parameters.
We have the ability to overhaul compressors onsite to reduce down time in critical situations.

Compressors do wear out overtime due to numerous different reasons. In some cases the parts for older machines are cost prohibitive or parts are no longer manufactured. We have retrofitted new bare shaft compressors to other manufacturers packages. In most cases more cost effective than rebuilding the old compressor. We keep new compressors in stock that will replace most other brands.

We have a large inventory of spare parts from Frick compressor overhaul kits, shaft seals, pressure and temperature sensors, oil filters, coalescer filters as well as Frick microprocessor parts and complete units.
We also keep a large variety of ammonia hand valves, safety relief valves, solenoids and repair kits for most common brands.
With a large network of suppliers throughout Australia and the globe we can source most parts quickly.
Our inventory includes and large quantity of ammonia compressor lubrication oils and food grade inhibited propylene glycol.
